A criminal case has been initiated regarding the illegal demolition and construction in Yakkasaray

According to the Tashkent City Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-investigation check is being conducted regarding a video material circulated on social networks about the illegal demolition of a residential house on A. Qahhor Street in Damariq mahalla of Yakkasaray District and related compensation payments.

It has been established that officials of “Mega Logistics Servise” LLC arbitrarily demolished the said house despite the fact that enforcement actions on the forced relocation of citizens had not been completed. It was also found that one 20-storey, two 19-storey, one 12-storey, and one 2-storey residential buildings were arbitrarily constructed in this area without the relevant permits.
